Funeral Benefit
Financial members of the CFMEU and Plumbers Union are covered by a funeral benefit in the event of death of either the member (Up to Age 75) / the members wife, husband or defacto (Up to Age 75) / the members dependent children (Up to Age 16).
The amount payable for a funeral claim is $15,000.

Child Care Benefit
Child care payments may be made on a discretionary basis for financial members of the CFMEU and Plumbers Union whose partner dies and who have children aged up to thirteen (13) years of age who are dependents of the member.
